Madge`s kids lose the lingo
MADONNA`S adopted Malawian daughter MERCY JAMES has forgotten her native language in just four months.
And adopted brother DAVID BANDA knows little of the Chichewa tongue, according to Lucy Chipeta, of the Mchinji orphanage where he lived until 2007.
She said after Madge, 51, took the pair, four, there yesterday: "David had for-gotten us. He remembers a few words.
"Mercy is a real white girl. She couldn`t speak any."
But she added: "I am happy to see David look so happy.
"Madonna`s a very good mother. Her children are well-behaved. I think she`s more Malawian than American."
